For this reason and in this opportunity, we want to add to our team a Customer Success Analyst
You will have the purpose of
- Attending to the needs of customers in pursuit of their well-being and loyalty.
- Understand their challenges and how they connect with the products/services we can offer.
- Have responsibilities/objectives/kpi s of cross and upselling in the customers you manage, in addition to the recurrence and renewal of customers with annual licensing.
- Coordinate periodic customer meetings and manage a solid relationship with each one of hem.
- Create attractive proposals that, in a modular way, combine the different solutions we can offer to respond to the client’s challenges.
- Mapping and prospecting the accounts to know very well the power map and expand the network of contacts within it.
- Achieve account escalation (upselling and cross-selling).
To take on this role we need you to have
- English (desirable)
- Experience in similar positions
- Office package management -PowerPoint, Excel- (essential).
- Commercial knowledge
- Knowledge of HR (desirable)
- Sales techniques
- Commercial experience in sales of services
