That is why we want to add to our team a Customer Experience Executive to the Commercial area.
You will have the purpose of
- Generate contact with potential customers and listen to their wishes and concerns, to identify sales possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Participate in the planning and organization of the area, as well as providing support and attention to existing customers.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
- Work within a collaborative working spirit where each person contributes best practices and provides support in customer onboarding.
Your main duties will be
- Prospect for new clients.
- Attend and develop existing clients.
- Support the customer experience.
- Provide support on the platform.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate product and service presentations.
- Create reviews and frequent contact with existing customers in your portfolio to ensure their satisfactory experience and onboarding for one year.
- Provide customized sales strategies and resources for each type of customer.

- CRM skills (excl.)
- Office Package Management
- Proficiency in English (required)
- LinkedIn Management
- Experience in similar positions
