You will have the purpose of
Design and implement the consultative projects that arise in the area.
Your main duties will be
- Your main functions will be
- Coordination of workshops.
- Design of consultative commercial proposals.
- Adaptation and creation of training materials.
- Customer support.
To take on this role we need you to have
- Advanced English (desirable)
- Knowledge in instructional design.
- Be updated on the latest trends in talent management (HR Analytics).
- Handling of Power Point and more modern platforms for the design of commercial presentations or emerging or final reports for projects.
- Handling of facilitation tools (mural, games).
