You will have the purpose of

Design and implement the consultative projects that arise in the area.

Your main duties will be

  • Your main functions will be
  • Coordination of workshops.
  • Design of consultative commercial proposals.
  • Adaptation and creation of training materials.
  • Customer support.

To take on this role we need you to have 

  • Advanced English (desirable)
  • Knowledge in instructional design.
  • Be updated on the latest trends in talent management (HR Analytics).
  • Handling of Power Point and more modern platforms for the design of commercial presentations or emerging or final reports for projects.
  • Handling of facilitation tools (mural, games).
