Our history
Passionate about technology and people management, that’s how PDA was born. Founded with the purpose of having a workspace that could balance the professional and personal development of each of the members of the project, through the design of technological solutions that promote talent and transform organizations.
That purpose is still alive, today that north continues to guide our organization.
Our history
2008
Project beginnings. We launched the PDA Assessment.
2010
We are PDA International. we focused our efforts on our PDA Assessment (Personal Development Analysis). We set out to expand beyond Latin America.
2011
We translated all our products, platforms and reports in 17
languages.
We took our first steps in markets from Europe, Africa and Asia.
We launched our partner program to broaden our expertise and
expand globally. We reached more than 45 operations.
2012
Two great releases “MPC” My PDA Coach. An
application that complements and strengthens self-development and coaching
processes.
“Audiofeedback”, a complement to our platform that allows to
massify the feedback of the PDA Assessment in an automated way.
2013
The PDA Assessment was validated by the AIOBP, American Institute of Business Psychology. Based on scales and personality studies which validity and reliability coefficients meet and exceed the required standards. We obtained the EEOC seal from the Labor Department and the US Justice and Social Services Commission.
2015
We arrived in Europe. We opened our offices in Spain and Portugal.
2016
We opened offices in Mexico. We strengthen the presence in the Latin market.
2017
We closed alliances with the main LATAM job boards to support
candidates and companies to find the right person in the right position.
We incorporate the COT (career orientation test). We incorporate solutions for the educational segment.
2018
We opened a new business unit: TalentLab. Strategic consulting to promote the development and transformation of organizations and people.
2019
Refoundation of PDA International. We went from being a Behavioral Assessment to a technological platform for comprehensive talent management.
2020
We incorporated data analytics throughout our platform. We focused on being DATA DRIVEN to take the first steps to democratize information and humanize data.
We launched our magazine: RockingTalent. A disruptive
magazine for disruptive people.
We held the first HRDay, the most important human resources event in all of Latin America. We close the year with DataTalentFes, the global data meeting focused on people.
2021
We continued to bet on scientific validation.
Our tool was validated by the Estudio y Evaluaciones of Madrid.
We started the reengineering of the company. We went from monolithic to a microservices architecture. We started working on Kubernetes (container orchestrator) to ensure scaled growth and proper management of microservices and applications.
